CORDOBA
THE SHOT HEARD ROUND’ THE WORLD!
Dove Hunt with Los Gauchos in Cordoba Argentina!
TAKE THE TOUR:
…for many of the world’s most avid wingshooters, there simply is no substitute for dove hunting in Cordoba Argentina. No Brand X will do. Dove hunting in Mexico won’t cut it. Uruguay dove hunting is great—but still plays second fiddle—and other destinations for dove hunting in South America are just too inconsistent, dangerous, or hard to get to.
THE SIMPLE MATH ON THE SHOOTING:
LOS GAUCHOS + CORDOBA = 2,500 to 3,000 rounds per day!
If you are an wing shot of any experience at all, you have undoubtedly heard that the Dove Hunting Capital of The World is located in Cordoba—home to an estimated twenty million birds! Over the last two and a half decades, this province has made dove hunting in Argentina famous and set the standard for every other high-volume wing shooting destination on Earth. Belay that, Cordoba dove hunting leaves its competitors waxed—in a race for second place.
The weather conditions in Cordoba are habitable all year long, and simply delightful eight month of the year. The combination of favorable weather conditions and an agricultural industry that rivals any region in the world makes Cordoba the perfect habitat for the Golden Eared Dove. These birds are incredibly prolific, hatching four times per year.
Unlike Mourning Dove and Whitewinged dove, the ‘”Eared” dove do not migrate. They remain in this region throughout the year, offering an Argentina dove hunting experience that is consistent and ultra-dependable. Cold snaps, and lines of thunderstorms do not drive these birds away from their local habitat, therefore shooters can book their dove hunting trips to Argentina with confidence that they will not “hit it wrong”.
